Community drop-in
A warm, open space with refreshments, conversation and a friendly face — no appointment needed.
What we do
Our programmes are open-access and preventative — designed so anyone can walk in, be heard, and find the right help without barriers, paperwork or stigma.
Eight connected strands of support, delivered from a single welcoming space. Most run weekly; all are free at the point of use.
A warm, open space with refreshments, conversation and a friendly face — no appointment needed.
Mental health awareness, mindfulness, gentle movement, creative groups and peer support circles.
One-to-one help to access housing, benefits, NHS services, debt and cost-of-living support.
Hands-on help with phones, NHS apps, online forms and staying safely connected with loved ones.
Confidential, stigma-free support for people in recovery, those still using, and their families.
Activities, friendships and gentle group sessions designed to combat isolation in later life.
Seasonal events, intergenerational projects and celebrations that bring neighbours together.
Accessible day trips and outings to reduce isolation and rebuild confidence.
What you share stays with us. We never require ID or proof to access support.
Step-free access, hearing loops, quiet rooms, BSL on request and easy-read materials.
Most services are drop-in. Walk in, have a brew, and we'll take it from there.
Our peer mentors and volunteers have walked the road before you.
Weekly timetable
All sessions are free and open-access. Times may flex around bank holidays — pop in or call ahead if you're travelling specially.
Sunday: closed for staff and volunteer wellbeing. In a crisis, please call Samaritans on 116 123.
Health & wellbeing
Our wellbeing programme is preventative, trauma-informed and led by trained facilitators alongside lived-experience peer mentors. Sessions are free, drop-in friendly and designed to complement — not replace — clinical mental health care.
Advice & navigation
Our trained community navigators sit alongside you to make sense of forms, letters and systems. We don't judge, we don't rush, and we follow up — because one conversation is rarely enough.
Digital inclusion
Being offline in 2025 means being locked out of the NHS, banking, benefits and family contact. Our digital inclusion programme builds skills at the learner's pace, using equipment we can lend out and data we can top up.
Substance misuse & recovery
We work in partnership with local treatment services to offer a confidential, non-clinical space for people affected by alcohol or drug use — including family members and those not yet ready to seek formal treatment. Harm reduction sits alongside abstinence-based recovery; both are welcome here.
Request a place
No referral, paperwork or proof of address needed. Tell us what you're after and a friendly volunteer will get back to you within two working days. In a crisis, please call Samaritans on 116 123.
We're seeking premises with high-street visibility, full wheelchair accessibility, community meeting rooms, a kitchen, a private advice room, accessible toilets and good public transport links.
